When will Shubhanshu Shukla go to space Mission is getting delayed says Nasa
The mission named Axe-4 was targeted to be launched before October this year. NASA officials said on the social media platform Axe on Friday that this mission will no longer be launched before the spring of 2025 (March-April).

In the post, NASA wrote that the crew of Ax-4 is yet to get approval to fly. This approval has to be given by the Multilateral Crew Operational Panel. This approval has to be taken for all astronauts arriving at the International Space Station (ISS). At present, Axiom Space has not said anything about this. However, all the astronauts have started training in Houston, America.
According to a report, former NASA astronaut Peggy Whitson will be the commander of the mission. Apart from her, three international astronauts have been made part of the mission. These include India’s Shubhanshu Shukla, European Space Agency (ESA)’s Polish mission expert Sławosz Uznański and Hungary’s mission expert Tibor Kapu. This will be the first time in 40 years that a Polish astronaut will go to space.
Who is Shubhanshu Shukla?
Shubhanshu Shukla is a resident of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. He has been a student of National Defense Academy. In the year 2006, he was appointed in the combat wing of the Air Force. He has more than 2 thousand hours of flying experience. Now he will represent India in space.
