Earlier in the series, OnePlus Ace 3 was launched which is a phone equipped with Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. It came in early 2023. The last Ace 3 Pro was launched in the series which was released in June 2024. This phone has Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset.

The company can make many big upgrades in OnePlus Ace 5 and Ace 5 Pro. Tipster says that the flagship chipset can be seen in the phone. The company can use silicon batteries with large capacity in the series. Apart from this, changes can also be seen in the design of the new models.
