Stree 2 OTT: The box office collection of ‘Stree 2’ is surprising everyone by setting new records every day. Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkumar Rao’s film has so far grossed Rs 428 crore worldwide. According to the latest post of Maddock Films, it has done a net business of Rs 308 crore in India in 8 days. On Thursday, the film earned Rs 18.2 crore. Amidst the success of Stree 2, talks of the OTT release of this film have also started.

According to media reports, Prime Video has the rights to the OTT release of Stree 2. However, fans will have to wait until the film leaves the theatres. It is believed that this film may come on Prime Video online around 13-14 September.

However, this date should not be considered confirmed until the makers and platform make an official announcement. The film stars actors like Rajkumar Rao, Shraddha Kapoor, Aparshakti Khurana, Abhishek Banerjee and Pankaj Tripathi. This is the second part of the 2018 film Stree. Stree 2 shows how Sarkata is now preying on the people of Chanderi. He disguises himself as a woman and asks for help from people. You will also get to see the surprise entry of many stars in the film.

The film is directed by Amar Kaushik. Everyone from critics to audiences has praised it. After the theatrical release, any film usually stays on the big screen for four weeks. In such a situation, Stree 2, which was released on 15 August, should be brought on OTT in September.

At the time of writing this news, the film has earned around Rs 5 crore on the Indian box office on its ninth day i.e. Friday. According to industry tracker Sacnilk, the net collection of the film in India has reached Rs 296.49 crore.
