Google Play Store Can Now Download Update Three App Simultaneously on Android Here’s How to Do It
Users can download or update up to three apps simultaneously on Google Play Store. The functionality of downloading multiple apps simultaneously was first tested in 2019. After this, Google introduced the ability to download apps in parallel in March this year. The latest change takes this functionality a step further, where users can download three apps simultaneously instead of two. This has definitely made the process of downloading or updating apps much faster.
For this, Android users need to open the Play Store and tap on the profile icon on the top-right corner of the screen. Manage apps and devices You have to go to the page. After this, users Updates available by selecting the page Update all You should tap on it. By doing this, if updates are available for more than one app, then three apps will be updated simultaneously.
While Google hasn’t officially announced this functionality, several Gadgets 360 staff members were able to access it. Such features are usually server-side enabled, which means they’ll be activated automatically on the device.
Apart from this, Google is also reportedly testing several other features for its Play Store. In July, it was reported to be developing additional functionality for its cloud-based app verification service – Play Protect. This could allow users to re-scan apps that have previously been marked as harmful without uninstalling them from the smartphone. The platform recently made a big change by stopping the generation of Fat Android Application Packages (Apk) and instead prioritizing its Android App Bundle (AAB). It is being said that this has made the process of sideloading apps more difficult.
