The smartphone appears in a shade of black color, with a thick yellow strip running down the middle of the rear panel. A circular shaped camera module is placed in the middle of the strip. The slightly raised rear camera module of the Realme Narzo 70 Turbo 5G is seen with three camera units along with an LED flash panel.
